I'm Elena, the founder and writer behind Pistachio Milk. I'm a home cook and food writer, not a dietitian or a scientist — and I think it's important to be upfront about that. What I do bring is a slightly obsessive interest in getting pistachio milk and creamer right, and the patience to test a recipe until the instructions actually work in a normal kitchen.

How I work

Every recipe on this site is one I've made and tested, written with real quantities and timings. For anything to do with nutrition or health, I don't guess: I rely on reputable sources like USDA FoodData Central, university nutrition resources and product labels, and I'm clear when the evidence is thin. If a claim needs a number, it comes from a source — never from thin air.

What I won't do

I don't use affiliate links, I don't invent credentials, and I don't pretend a product is reviewed by an expert when it isn't. Brand coverage here is independent and commission-free. If I get something wrong, I'd rather hear it and fix it.
