About

About Pistachio Milk

An independent site about pistachio milk and pistachio creamer — what they are, how to make them, and which ones are worth buying.

What this site is

Pistachio Milk is an independent reference and recipe site focused on one small, delicious corner of the kitchen: pistachio milk, pistachio creamer, and the drinks, recipes and products around them. The goal is simple — clear, honest answers and recipes that actually work, in one well-organised place.

How we make our content

Recipes are written to be followed: we test the methods at home and give real quantities and timings rather than vague instructions. For anything about nutrition or health, we stick to what reputable sources support — drawing on USDA FoodData Central, university nutrition resources and product nutrition labels — and we say plainly when evidence is limited. Where a claim would need a specific figure, it traces to a real source, not a guess.

Our honesty rules

  • No affiliate links. When we cover brands like Táche, Elmhurst or Talenti, it's informational. We don't earn commission and we don't rank products to sell them.
  • No invented expertise. We don't claim credentials we don't have, and we don't invent reviewers. See who writes this site.
  • We don't speak for brands. Brand coverage is independent; always check the current label for ingredients and allergens.
  • Allergy-aware. Pistachios are a tree nut, and we flag that wherever it matters.

Who writes it

The site is written and edited by Elena Ricci, its founder. You can read more about her background and approach on the author page.
